This is how we roll!
We started out as a one-man business for bulk transportation and have since grown into a leading family-run transport firm specialised in the transportation of chilled and frozen goods. Even today, the head of our family, Ludwig Dejonghe, still gets behind the wheel of his truck every day with immense enthusiasm. The second generation of the family has since joined the business. Our fleet and network of subcontractors have grown over time to meet the demands of our trusted customers.

Purchase of our first refrigerated semi-trailer

Ludwig chose to focus solely on the transportation of chilled and frozen goods and the distribution of frozen goods. The firm’s fleet has 6 trucks and 6 refrigerated semi-trailers.

The firm’s portfolio of customers and fleet grow and son Alexander comes on board to keep the planning of chilled and frozen transportation on the right track.

The firm’s fleet now has 14 trucks and 14 refrigerated semi-trailers.

Son Pieter also joins the firm. He is responsible for flawlessly following up paperwork, and later also for frozen storage. Transport Dejonghe begins to build a network of subcontractors.

relocation to a new site in Ypres, with offices, storage space, a truck wash and a refrigerated warehouse that has room for 4,000 euro pallets.

24 trucks, 25 refrigerated semi-trailers, 29 drivers, 2 office workers and a network of subcontractors. The partners of brothers Alexander and Pieter also help out at the firm on a part-time basis.
